Standard First Aid and CPR C with AED 2020 guidelines

This two-day course covers a comprehensive offering of the skills needed for workplaces in Ontario. Workers that require this course are Early Childcare Educators (ECE). site foreman and all joint health and safety committee members. A blended Standard First Aid and CPR C are also available. This is a WSIB-approved course in Ontario.

16 hours of instruction & includes these subjects:

  • Adult, Child and Infant CPR
    1 and 2 Rescuer CPR
    Adult, child and infant choking (conscious & unconscious)
    AED mand PAD (defibrillation)
    Emergency Scene Management
    Emergency Action Plan
    Legalities
    Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
    WSIB Regulation 1101
  • Unconsciousness
    Shock and fainting
    Severe Allergic Reaction
  • Possible head, neck and pelvic injuries (including concussions)
    Severe Bleeding and Wounds
  • Opioid Overdoses and Workplace Naloxone Overdose kits
    Diabetic Emergency
    Heart Attach and Angina
  • Strokes and TIAs
    Heat & Cold Injuries
    Multiple Casualty Incidents
  • Burns
